Spending years studying anatomy and physiology Ronan knows the mechanisms behind pain and injuries and how to eliminate these out of your daily life. As a licence practitioner with the gold standard in the industry of Functional Movement Screenings Ronan can access your movement patterns, mobility restrictions and from this can prescribe the right corrective exercises to not only reduce pain but get your strong where you were once weak so it stays away.

From food plans to structured goal oriented training to suit even your dress type.
